Tokyo Steakhouse in Salisbury

Amazing experience. My wife and I ordered shrimp, steak, and salmon on the hibachi. The waitress brought us soup, and salad prior the chef coming out. The chef cooked rice, and vegetables in front of us first. He cooked my wife's steak to perfection. It was a lot of food, but the leftovers were just as good. PS ask for extra yum yum sauce, you will not regret it.

Booked a reservation, showed up and had no wait time. Food is 5 stars. Wait time wasn't long at all. Had the volcano, AWESOME drink. Food came within 15 mins.

We love this place as a family. The wait can be a little long, but it's worth it.

Good place to eat, Good food, entertaining cooks, decent wait staff. My kids love this place.

Edit: Upped from 2 stars to 4. Since my last review, I came back twice due to the convenience of the location and I must say, those visits would be 5 star on their own. We didn't wait, staff was friendly and attentative, and the order was delicious and exactly what we ordered.Bad experience (once out of three visits): We were able to get a table right away. The food was great, the portions were smaller than Sakura. The waiter forgot to add extra fried rice to one person's order in my party. They were out of soup but no discount was offered. After we were seated we waited 50 minutes for a Hibachi chef and you could hear everyone at the table talking about how disappointed they were with the wait. While the staff did keep apologizing for the wait and for them running out of soup, I expected more to be done, at least a coupon to return or a small discount. After that visit, I will definitely stick with Sakura.

Good food, fun atmosphere, friendly attentive staff. We went for my birthday celebration and had a really nice time.

I love this place. We recently visited there for my daughters birthday and the service was wonderful. Even though there were several large parties,we were seated really quickly and the waitress was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the menu. The chef was also delightful and entertaining. My 2 year old grandson had a ball watching him prepare the food. I would definitely recommend Tokoyo Steakhouse for family outing.

Had a great lunch. Went shopping afterwards & realized I had left my wallet. Went back an hour later. They had put it up for me & nothing was missing! Wonderful work crew!!!

Was louder than I thought. Was looking for a more quiet space. Service was ok but found a hair in my vegetables.

Usually love this place! Went around 5:30 on a Friday night. They were not busy yet we waited forever for our chef. We had finished our soup, salad, and appetizer and still we waited. Drinks were slow to be refilled. Was very disappointed and surprised by the service.

Great meal. Service was awesome. Gus was funny as all get out.

I took a star based off the wait. We arrived at 7, was not seated till 823 after them telling us to allow 10min

Great chef. Steak was tender and chicken was moist. Waitress was attentive also.

I went here with my friends and we immediately got sick after eating the food. When we called to let the manager know he offered no help and insinuated that we were not being truthful. We also had a waitress who did not come at all to check on us during the meal. This was not a good experience and I will not be going back.

Have never had a bad dinner here! Our server was attentive and make sure our drinks were always full. Our Chef, Joe, was probably the best one we have had here. We laughed so much that my face hurt. Will definitely be back even though it's an hour drive each way!!

The worst car side togo around called at 7pm and was told my order would be ready and that they would bring it out to me ... Waited from 730 to 815 and still wasn't ready called and they said it should be ready soon.... They let 20 plus ppl inside at a time and told me to wait in the car... NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM HERE until the COVID is over

8 of us went for a birthday celebration. We have been there about 6 times now the experience was fun. I know I just described dinner as fun. The chef makes the meal at the Grill top tables, price about 25 to 30. Excellent food! Never once have I had anything other then perfect dinning experience. Be prepared to catch the flying shrimp. Don't wear your best blouse to dinner. Casual atmosphere.

Went to celebrate my daughters birthday. Had a party of 8. The staff was phenomenal and accommodating. I would highly recommend for celebrating any event!

usually good but they always over cook steaks. if you want medium rare, order rare.

We went on a Saturday and it was a 20-25 minute wait. The wait was definitely worth it. I ordered the salmon and chicken combination, and it was absolutely delicious! Of course after filling up on the salad and soup, I couldn't finish all of my food but it was okay. I ordered the volcano drink and it will get you buzzed so beware. Overall great price for quality food and service.

It's our favorite place to go for special date nights or celebrations. Plenty for room to bring friends and the food is delicious

Usually great place to eat but went in on a Wednesday and they were very understaffed and service was very slow. Had at least 3 different servers come to table and waited 45 minutes for dinner then over 20 almost 30 minutes for the check! They were not prepared for a busy week night but the food was terrific as always and we will be back!

A great experience with great food.

We took our niece to celebrate her birthday. Our chef prepared our dishes with special attention to the birthday girl, giving her a delicious and fun experience.
